F.I.S.T. Recruiting membership terms
Please read these terms before paying to publish an athlete profile. The account holder purchasing membership agrees to these terms on behalf of the athlete and, if the athlete is a minor, confirms they are a parent or authorized guardian.
Plans and charges
Monthly: $50 for the first month, followed by $99 each month until canceled. The introductory price applies to the first monthly invoice only. Stripe charges the payment method used at checkout for each renewal.
Annual: $1,000 paid once for 12 months of membership. The annual plan does not automatically renew. Continued service after the 12 months requires a new purchase or arrangement.
Review the amount and billing schedule displayed by Stripe before confirming payment.
What membership includes
Paid membership publishes the athlete's recruiting profile and activates F.I.S.T. recruiting organization, profile presentation, school targeting, and outreach guidance. The account holder can edit submitted information and highlights. F.I.S.T. may contact schools and track outreach for the family. The athlete and family remain responsible for the accuracy of submitted details and for verifying eligibility and school requirements.
F.I.S.T. cannot guarantee an offer, scholarship, roster spot, admission, or a particular number of coach responses.
Profile visibility and access
A draft stays private until payment is verified. While membership is active, the chosen profile photo, team, position, stats, measurables, highlights, and athlete description may be public. Guardian contact information and coach phone numbers are kept in the private account and owner tools. When membership is inactive, the public listing is limited to basic athlete information. The account owner can authorize family members to view private status without granting edit or billing access.
Only submit athlete photos, videos, and other material that you have permission to use and publish.
Cancellation and payment help
You can cancel a monthly subscription from Account → Manage subscription through Stripe's billing portal, or contact Clayton Heetland at (806) 477-2391. Cancel before the next billing date to stop future renewals. The portal shows the effective cancellation date; service and full profile visibility continue through any paid period unless a refund or payment reversal ends that period earlier. Annual membership simply ends after its 12-month period.
For billing mistakes or refund requests, contact Clayton at the number above. Any refund decision is subject to applicable law. A refunded or reversed payment may end the associated membership and public profile access.
Changes and contact
Prices or terms for a future purchase may change. A new price for an existing monthly subscription will be communicated before it takes effect; the account holder can cancel before a new charge. Questions about these terms or the service can be directed to Clayton Heetland at (806) 477-2391.
