Clayton founded F.I.S.T. Recruiting to help athletes and families approach college recruiting with a clear plan and consistent communication. He works directly with families to organize athlete information, identify programs to contact, present film and academic details, and keep outreach moving.
His approach starts with the athlete's sport, goals, film, academics, and measurable information. From there, F.I.S.T. helps build a practical school list, find the right coaching contacts, and track each conversation and next step.
